Not only did she help us with the sale of our home, but we continued to use her for the purchase of our new forever home. We could count on Joanie to get us any information we needed on a house or an area we were looking at in a timely manner. When we did find our new home she represented us at the inspection as we were not able to be their and was in constant contact with us during the whole closing process to keep us updated and letting us know what our next step would be.
