Information I collect
- Information you give me. When you fill out a form on this site (contact, home value or newsletter), I collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and any message you send.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. This site may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use it.
How I use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests, including preparing a home value analysis
- To contact you about buying or selling real estate, if you asked me to
- To send newsletters or market updates you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To keep the website secure and working well, and to improve it
- To meet legal, licensing and brokerage requirements
How your information is shared
I do not sell or rent your personal information. I share it only:
- With service providers who help run this website and my business, such as website hosting, email delivery and customer-relationship software. They may use your information only to provide services to me.
- With my brokerage, eXp Realty, LLC, as required for licensing and transaction records
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of my clients, myself or others
Text messages
I will only send you text messages if you have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any email.
- You can ask me to update or delete the information I have about you by contacting me (see below).
- You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. Parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Keeping your information safe
I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
